Hi I'm Stefanie
Yoga entered my life exactly when I thought I didn’t need it.
In 2010, I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. At the time, I didn't know much about the condition; my symptoms had been masked by the exhaustion of becoming a new mother in 2008. The stress on my body was immense. I felt lost in a void of self-doubt and the overwhelming pressure of motherhood. My body was speaking volumes, but I wasn't listening—until it forced me to. I broke out in severe hives—red, hot, itchy blotches covering my skin. My body was "done in."
Desperate for a change, I searched online and found a yoga teacher. At first, it was uncomfortable. My mind was racing and my body felt stiff, so I stopped. But the next day, I tried again. Something shifted—a sensation, a spark of realisation. I finally understood: I needed this.
After four years of dedicated practice, I knew I wanted to go deeper. In April 2024, I traveled to Bali to immerse myself in a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. It was one of the most challenging experiences of my life, but I am so proud to have accomplished it. Today, my practice continues to grow, and I am passionate about creating sequences that help others feel truly great within their own bodies.

Feel very stiff or tense
Want to move mindfully in a more gentle way
Want to feel safe without any pressure
Prefer a calm, supportive teaching
Are new to yoga or returning after time away
Want yoga that feels grounding rather than exhausting
No flexibility or experience needed.
