Yoga entered my life exactly when I thought I didn’t need it.
I don’t just teach movement; I understand the struggle of a body that feels like it’s "done in."
As a woman over 50 currently navigating menopause, I know that after 45, our bodies don’t just change—they require a completely different approach to fitness. My mission is to bridge the gap between low mobility and the vibrant, fluid life you deserve.
In 2010, I hit a wall. Diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and exhausted by new motherhood, my body reached a breaking point, manifesting in severe hives and a deep sense of self-doubt. I felt lost in a void, disconnected from a body that was speaking volumes I wasn’t yet ready to hear.
Yoga became my lifeline. It started as an uncomfortable struggle with a stiff body and a racing mind, but it grew into a passion. In April 2024, I traveled to Bali to complete my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. I didn't just learn poses; I learned how to adapt movement for bodies under stress. It was a life-changing accomplishment, that solidified my commitment to helping others feel truly great within their own skin.
Having navigated my own health hurdles, I am uniquely qualified to help men and women over 45 move past self-doubt and physical stiffness. I’ve dedicated myself to researching the ageing anatomy, specifically how muscles and joints change as we grow older.
